Building The Best Library

In my quest to accumulate even more books – or as some twisted kind of public service – I am currently on a quest to find out what books I own, and what books I should own. It hasn’t been easy excavating the piles of books and magazines from their positions around the house, but I need to be able to find things easier, and adopting a basic Dewey system seems to be the way to manage so many tomes. I’ll get there eventually, but as I do so I will be sporadically mentioning some of the books.

The purposes this can serve are threefold – I can find books which may interest me, you can learn what I like to read, and everyone can go out and buy books. It isn’t as if there are a dearth of great books waiting to be rediscovered (which is why this blog exists in the first place) and I would like to think that some authors might eventually get the recognition they fully deserve once their work is brought back into the limelight.
